Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as limited drops or holiday releases), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Flip Flop Firefighter™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
